Clarion Hotel Kids Activity & Surf Camps

• Kids staying with Clarion Hotel can do between 1 and 5 days of camp.
• A TurfnSurf camp leader will be in the Leisure Centre entrance every morning from 9am to answer any questions
• Bus transport is included in the cost of all camps.
• 5 years old is the minimum age for kids on the camp
• Packed lunch is required for all day long camps and available from the Clarion Hotel if required

A typical week is outlined below:

1 Day €45	Morning: Introduction to Safe Surfing and initial surf lesson Afternoon: Crystal Maze - Series of over 30 mental, physical and skill challenges set on 300 acres of splendid walks, lakes and forest. Fun Orienteering course through the forest, lakes and gardens.
2 Days €85	Morning: Surf Lingo and Beach Activities as well as more surfing Afternoon: Kayaking, water polo, water obstacle course, raft building and Raise the Flag
3 Days €125	Morning: Walk the Plank and Raft Building games as well as more surfing. Afternoon: History/mystery. A day of exploration with history and mystery around every corner.
4 Days €165	Morning: Getting confident with your surfing? Learn how to headstand on your board. Afternoon: River walk, barbecue and optional sleep over. Includes ghost walk and bonfire stories
5 Days €200	Morning: Surf Competition Afternoon: Surfing, karaoke and presentation of awards and prizes.

• All surf lessons are run by Irish Surfing Association approved instructors.
• All staff have beach lifeguards awards and safety training.
• We mix up our surf lessons with a variety of games in the water and on the beach depending on the kids.
• Wetsuits are provided.
• We teach our surf lessons with foam boards with soft fins so your kids are in safe hands.
