Visiting TurfnSurf for one of our group activity weekends is an unbeatable trip. We film all the action and add a video to Youtube especially for your group on the TurfnSurf website. An evening meal and drinks in the Lodge is then organised to talk up the day's surfing/kayaking.
This is a great way for groups of friends or work colleagues to enjoy a weekend together. The surf lesson and kayak tours are a fun way to get to know everyone in the group. Once in the water everybody will stand up, fall down and wipe out together.
Accommodation - either here in the lodge or in some of the excellent self catering holiday homes close to us. Staying in the lodge gives a group a great sense of atmosphere and keeps you all together. Otherwise, if you want a bit of independence or would like to cook your own meals at night, the self catering option may suit you.
Surf Lessons - What better way to get to know your work mates than to have a good laugh at them going flying off a surf board at full speed into the water. Surfing is a great group activity and will provide unlimited laughs and conversation in the pub that night. We also video your surfing sessions and make your own website gallery so that you won't ever forget your surf lesson with TurfnSurf. Options for a weekend include either 1,2 or 3 surfs depending on your levels of enthusiasm.
Kayak tour - Take a different view of life. Have a look at Donegal Bay's cliffs, beaches, coastline, sea birds, wildlife and surf from a Sea Kayak.
Blo-karts - Blo-karts are a brilliant group activity and you do not have to get into a wet suit. Fast fun and dry !!
Evening Meal - We will organise your evening meal for you only a short stroll from the lodge if it suits. Otherwise we can point you towards some of Bundoran's other excellent eateries. Weather permitting we can organise a barbecue at the lodge in walled in garden.
Night Life - Our Lodge is situated right in the centre of Bundoran overlooking Donegal Bay. The local pub is only 50 metres away (Staggering distance) and the rest of the night life in the town including night clubs, restaurants and late bars with live bands is only another short stroll past that. If you are a group of over 20, we will even arrange free entry into one of the local late bars/night clubs.
Just about everybody loves their first surf lesson/kayak tour, but if it isn't your thing, we can point you towards some other great activities in the Bundoran area while your friends are out in the sea.
