Bundoran Activities

There are two cliff walks in Bundoran where one can go for a slow stroll around the coast and take a time out on some of the benches located beside the paths.

If you need a bit of time indoors, then Waterworld has seaweed baths overlooking the main beach and Roguey cliffs. There is nothing quite like a quick swim in the sea followed by immersing yourself in a hot seaweed bath 2 minutes later. The Great Northern and Holyrood Hotels have leisure centres that have swimming pools, saunas and steam rooms.

Also overlooking the beach in Bundoran is Ocean View Beauty Saloon where you can avail of a full body massage after a walk around the cliffs.

The Sandhouse Hotel overlooking Rossnowlagh has a new Marine Spa which offers a large range of facial and body treatments.

One of Irelands best seaweed baths is located right on the beach front in Strandhill. Run by the Walton brothers, Voya produce all their own seaweed baths and also offer a full range of these organic products for sale.
