Coastal Adventures Tours Donegal Sligo and Leitrim

We have two types of coastal adventures to offer; both comprising about 6 hour adventures along the Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal coastline.

What's involved?

Classiebawn Mullaghmore Explorer

• Meet at TurfnSurf, gear up including buoyancy aids
• Launch from Streedagh Beach in Sligo (you'll be transported to your launch spot by bus).
• Warm up paddle along Streedagh Strand heading towards Mullaghmore Head
• Paddle in shadow of Classiebawn Castle, along the majestically rugged sea cliffs of Mullaghmore head.
• Learn some of the history of the castle & its inhabitants.
• Pass by the reef famous for local wave riders who surfed 40ft waves.
• Homeward bound to Mullaghmore for refreshments & a lift home to Bundoran.

Three Counties Paddle

• Meet at TurfnSurf, gear up including buoyancy aids
• Launch from Mullaghmore Pier in Sligo (you'll be transported to your launch spot by bus).
• Warm up paddle along Mullaghmore Strand heading east towards Bundoran.
• Paddle along the coastline through the three counties of Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal.
• Passing Mermaid’s Cove you'll paddle for the mouth of the Bunduff River and explore the Bunduff waterfall.
• Rest stop at Bunduff Waterfall.
• Paddle past St Patrick's Well, between Gurlin Rocks a famous surf spot known for its big wave surfing attractions and the craggy Leitrim coastline.
• Following this coastline you'll pass the mouth of the Drowes River marking the Leitrim/Donegal border but also the Connaught/Ulster border
• Head home to TurfnSurf in Bundoran.

How much does it cost?

The Coastal Adventures are €65 per adult (16 yrs plus).
